1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the zs777 platform (including but not limited to the website, mobile interface, sports betting, casino, slots, and cashier services), you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific products or promotions. These Terms constitute a binding contract between you and zs777. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you are not authorised to use the platform and must cease access immediately.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use zs777. zs777 applies mandatory age verification and reserves the right to request identity documentation (including CNIC) at any stage.
• Each individual may hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Any material misrepresentation in registration details constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. zs777 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction within Pakistan. zs777 makes no warranty as to the legality of its services in any particular location.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Transactions

• All transactions on zs777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposit limits may be set by the User for responsible gaming purposes; these limits, once set, cannot be increased for 24 hours.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account used for the deposit, subject to completed Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. First-time withdrawals require CNIC verification.
• zs777 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on transactions suspected of involving money laundering or fraud. Suspected fraudulent transactions will be frozen and reported to relevant authorities in compliance with applicable Pakistani financial regulations.
• zs777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or mobile wallet providers including Easypaisa and JazzCash.

4. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

• All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to their respective terms and conditions, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. These are communicated at the point of the offer.
• Bonuses may only be used by the account holder to whom they are issued. Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts.
• zs777 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn, any wagering already completed in good faith will be honoured.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus structures, including but not limited to bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, and multi-accounting to claim multiple bonuses, constitutes a breach of these Terms. Detected abuse may result in cancellation of bonuses and suspension of the account.

5. Gaming Rules & Betting

• All games on zs777 are governed by their respective game rules, which are available within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between game rules and these Terms, these Terms prevail.
• RNG-based games operate on independently certified random number generation systems. zs777 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical fault or system error during a game, zs777 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the stake to the User's account balance.
• Bets placed in error by the User cannot be cancelled once confirmed by the system. It is the User's responsibility to verify bet details before confirmation.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. zs777 reserves the right to restrict maximum stakes on specific events or markets without notice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on zs777 and will result in immediate account suspension, closure, and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Use of software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the platform in any manner.
• Collusion with other players, including but not limited to sharing cards or coordinating bets in live dealer games.
• Any form of money laundering, including depositing funds obtained through illegal means.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, game bugs, or technical errors for financial gain.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or through third parties, to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

• zs777 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if these Terms are breached or if zs777 reasonably suspects a breach.
• Upon closure of an account for reasons other than breach of Terms, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the User via the registered payment method, subject to completion of pending KYC requirements.
• Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the self-exclusion period.
• Accounts dormant for 12 consecutive months with a positive balance will receive written notification. After a further 30 days without activity, an inactivity fee may apply per applicable regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

• zs777 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free operation of the platform at all times.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zs777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, technical failures, or third-party payment delays.
• Gambling involves risk of financial loss. zs777 provides gaming entertainment services and is not liable for losses incurred through participation in its products.

9. Responsible Gaming

zs777 is committed to responsible gaming. The following tools are available to all registered Users from the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly) — once reduced, increases take 24 hours to activate.
• Loss limits — maximum loss thresholds over a defined period.
• Session time reminders — automatic alerts after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods — temporary account restrictions from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion — permanent or long-term account access restriction. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the exclusion period under any circumstances.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the zs777 platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, logos, branding, text, and graphics, is the intellectual property of zs777 or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any platform content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by the zs777 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Amendments to Terms

zs777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address on file or through a platform notification. Continued use of the platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from your use of zs777 that cannot be resolved informally through our support team shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
